Job Details Job Location ADVANCED PRIMARY CARE PRACTICE - Addison, TX Description Job Summary: The Project Manager for Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP) and Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing various projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the SNP operations. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within defined timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements set forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Qualifications Qualifications:
Proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in healthcare or insurance industry, with a focus on Medicare Advantage or Special Needs Plans.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and requirements for ISNP/CSNP plans
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Commitment to upholding high standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Ability to have a thorough knowledge of division policies and operations is required.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Compliance, Sales and Clinical, to ensure alignment and synergy in project execution.
Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates, address issues, and solicit feedback from team members.
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure that all projects comply with regulatory requirements established by CMS for ISNPs.
Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity and accuracy of project deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ISNP operations and enhance the overall quality of care.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Generate regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and metrics to track success.
