 At RCLP, our Project Managers are responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role that involves overseeing and managing complex commercial projects. Project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Planning, Cost Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management, while overseeing multiple projects.

General Responsibilities Include:
• Lead and manage projects ranging in value from $2Million-$50Million ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Develop and execute project plans, including producing and maintaining the project schedule, defining scopes, goals, deliverables, and the required resources to beat our goal.
• Monitor project(s) progress, identify potential risks & issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Tracking and reviewing project submittals, RFI’s, material procurement and fabrication and full document control
• Assembling pricing for Owner changes in scope and developing subcontract agreements
• Maintaining communications & relationship with Owner/Architects
• Champion RCLP Core Values, Policies, Procedures and Performance Standards
