Eben Silver Town: Community Relations Director
Do you thrive building relationships and helping prospects find solutions?
Eben Silver Town, a modern senior living community in Suwanee, GA, seeks a passionate individual to serve as Community Relations Director on our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting our independent living and personal care services to Korean and American seniors. We are looking for sales talent – we will teach you about our community and its offerings. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Salary commission/bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships: Build connections with referral sources and community groups to raise awareness of Eben Silver Town.
- Educate and inform: Present the benefits and services offered by our community to prospective residents and their families.
- Become an expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of our community offerings, resident needs, and employee roles.
- Active listening: Understand the specific situations and concerns of potential residents and their families.
- Foster trust: Build positive relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing communication.
- Guide, Support, Close: Help families navigate the decision-making process and ensure a smooth move-in transition for new residents.
- Reporting and paperwork: Track leads, report to the Executive Director, and manage move-in details.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and champion the our philosophy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Korean (preferred)
- Proven success in sales in an services industry
- Proficiency in using sales software (willingness to learn new programs a plus)
- Ability to connect with and build relationships with older adults
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam
