[solidcore] is Hiring an Operations Specialist Near Arlington, VA

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations and Communications, the Operations Specialist will participate in the implementation of all operational aspects of the business, working with the HQ operations team, cross-functional partners, and field leadership to ensure the successful communication and execution of all HQ initiatives. This person will act as a subject matter expert in the overall [solidcore] experience, all internal and client-facing platforms, and will serve as liaison between the HQ team and the field teams. They will work in collaboration with the field and HQ as a representative of [solidcore] culture.

You will be responsible for:

  • Awareness of all operational components of the brand and working knowledge of all platforms.
  • Act as liaison between field leaders and HQ, acting as a consistent resource for field teams.
  • Assist in managing the Operations team inbox, responding to inquiries and directing traffic to the appropriate corporate partner.
  • Update and add Studio Teams to the [solidcore] app and website, including headshots, coach titles, and bios.
  • Maintain important studio information records and docs regarding master studio info and preferred shipping addresses, Brivo security, and supply order lists.
  • Conduct periodical Google Drive and Google Calendar updates and maintenance.
  • Support of all cross-functional business objectives, ensuring the field has all necessary tools, collateral and communication to successfully implement/execute.
  • Be a role model of professionalism and compliance with [solidcore] company handbook including, but not limited to brand consistency, client relations, and attendance.
  • Ensure and enforce brand standards, deadlines, submissions, and overall compliance is being met across all [solidcore] studios and field leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on the execution of key initiatives and strategy for overall [solidcore] vision and success within studios.
What we need from you:
  • The position is full-time and exempt with an expected 40 hours worked per week.
  • Studio/Operational management experience with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in hands-on customer service, hospitality, consumer goods, or service based industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
  • Proficiency in G-suite and MS office
  • Must live in the DMV area and be able to report to the office on a hybrid schedule

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $48,000.00-50,000.00 per year based on experience
