As the demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our fast growing Administrative Department as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our expanding portfolio of solar initiatives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and colleagues within administration to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a desire to advance within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through online job boards.
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, update profiles, and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the company's overall strategy.
Qualifications:
