We are looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts. Core to this need are expertise in:

  • Technical recruitment experience handling software development 
  • Experience in hiring for .Net, Test automation, and Java projects
  • Adept in different sourcing strategies (CV mining, headhunting, etc.)
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent recruiting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Ideally you will also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related course (Graduate Degree always is a plus)
  • A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
