POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Revenue Cycle, manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This position is also a client-facing position which will provide timely follow-up of client inquiries, root cause of client issues, workflow enhancement, workflow, and operational efficiency enhancements. This position works closely with the Director of Revenue Cycle, staff, and the sales team. The Manager of Revenue Cycle must be able to manage both staff and clients.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field, Billing and Coding certification is a plus.
Experience Required:
Between 5-10 years of previous experience in Laboratory outreach billing, Revenue Cycle Management and Client Management.

While in a hospital or laboratory environment, the employee must follow all established hospital safety policies relating to the environment.
