SofiaMila is an up-and-coming organic children’s clothing store. We are a design company providing organic clothing and accessories that are high in quality as well as being very stylish.
We are looking for a talented Sales associate with lots of energy and positivity to join our team!
Job Requirements
Selling and restocking the shop floor
Greeting and giving advice to customers
Arrange products on shelves according to standards (stock counters as per merchandising standards)
Have general knowledge of the products
Providing assistance in serving customers
Maintaining your zone (cash, floor, fitting Rooms or stock)
Following loss prevention procedures and store policies
Ability to work in a team
Inform the Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly to ensure that customers and associates are provided a clean and safe environment
Contribute focused, well-managed efforts towards the achievement of store goals
Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary
Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom; climb the ladder, lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) OPTIONAL
