Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Act and behave in line with AiR by nishikawa's brand strategy
• Greet, interact with customers, and provide them with information about the products and services
• Assist customers with testing the products and present the test results using the computer devices and monitors to help them find the right products
• Assist customers with creating an account via the website and placing an order using an E-commerce platform/POS system/application, accurately processing credit card payments
• Assist customers with after-sales support such as tracking packages, return authorizations and exchanges, etc.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become low or empty
• Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Upsell to customers through recommendations
• All inbound calls, rarely outbound calls
• Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Perform routine inventory counts
• Carry out other store administrative tasks as directed by the manager
• Store Opening/Closing responsibilities
• Document and update customer records based on interactions and report to the manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant serving, or other related fields is a great plus
• Ability to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing manner with people in any setting to build rapport with customers and team members
• Basic tech-savviness to utilize computer and mobile devices
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Positive, professional, proactive and respectful demeanor in all your interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ​​Attention to detail and precision to accurately follow written and verbal instruction
• Neat appearance and superb customer focus
• Weekend availability as necessary
• Successfully passing a background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
