Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Kansas Wesleyan University  located in Salina, Kansas, in the center of the state of Kansas, and is a Liberal Arts university with a strong emphasis on Christian leadership principles. This General Manager will manage all the Dining programs with a dedicated Team. Sodexo operates full service catering, concessions, a single retail location featuring Sandella’s Flatbreads, F.A.N.S. frozen smoothie specialties, Simply to Go fresh grab & Go products and Espretto Coffee drinks, and a full service resident dining cafe known as "Shriwise Cafe." Valid drivers license is required. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. (not applicable to external candidates)

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.
