Client Relationship Manager (SG Americas Securities, LLC, New York, NY)
Contribute to the overall strategy design and implementation, governance, and market outreach of the CSO Office;
Assist the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) in the execution of the business strategy by coordinating internal
operations (pitch preparation, deal execution, expertise sharing) by developing internal expertise and business
capabilities; Work as a member of CAT to build relationships with clients, senior bankers, and business lines, bring
value-added advisory services to client base; Assist the CSO in client expertise building and in executing client
presentations and follow ups; Develop and implement the information flow, monitoring tools, and
market/business intelligence (data, metrics, and indicators) within the CSO office; Assist in identifying areas for
growth, improvement of capabilities and/or efficiencies; Perform as a main point of contact on behalf of CSO with
key business stakeholders, including internal (bankers and business lines) and external parties (except clients);
Outreach and branding with external events, market opinion providers; Assist the CSO and team in preparing
awards application; Assist the CSO AMER Office in client and non-client event planning and coordination; Ensure
that the Sustainable Business Unit benefits from the relevant regulatory capital reduction vehicles implemented;
Support CSO in tracking and monitoring business objectives and targets; Assist in building monthly/periodic
internal “Sustainable Banking” report to Executive Committee, including coordination with sub-BLs for content
aggregation; Contribute to the continuous expertise building with clients, including preparing client presentations
and analysis as well as developing analytical tools and capabilities within the Client Advisory team; Conduct
communications strategy: coordinate internal and external communication, different formats/platforms,
alignment with Paris Head office; Responsible for monthly internal communication (deal news, internal Sustainable
Banking newsletter; and Aggregate all required business-related updates by coordinating with other business lines
and support functions. Telecommuting is permitted 2 days a week. When not telecommuting, must report to SG
Americas Securities, LLC, 245 Park Ave, New York 10167.
Salary: $99,000 - $200,000 per year.
