If you are a rock start seeking for your band, who values the opportunity to work at startup and can overcome related challenges, come join us!More info: www.SocialQ.usJob DescriptionSeeking highly motivated proactive Paid media Expert to lead SocialQ’s Paid Media expertise; paid social at the core, some PPC expertise with a "growth hacker" mindset (All that!). Smack in the heart of the fast-pace dynamic interactive marketing industry, you will work closely with cross-discipline (content / account management) in meeting and exceeding client goals.The Paid Media lead participates in all aspects of executing high profile and complex paid social media campaigns on networks like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc. This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, daily optimization, analysis and reporting. This person is often the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for their clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. Direct response/cross media platforms' ability to target customers, create compelling and engaging ads and deliver outstanding performance demands a detail oriented, strategic and creative thinkers with the drive and dedication to impact client business and the world at large.Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how channels work togetherAssist in development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)Thoroughly understand client’s business, goals and KPIsActively manage paid social campaigns against clients’ goals – which may vary from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach and frequency, etc.Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusionsCommunicate with clients on all elements of the campaign, including planning, performance, project status and client goals.Develop and manage execution of campaign plansDevelop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client communicationProvide creative guidance to clients, partner agencies and internal teams based goals to help clients tell their storiesContribute to client education and develop POVs; evangelize the value of paid social media and best practicesBuild effective relationships with all vendors – ad networks, technology partners, etc.Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction.Qualifications Minimum 4-8 years of experience in managing cross-platform paid social media campaignsExperience with direct client relationship responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance managementStrong PowerPoint / Keynote / storytelling and presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.Demonstrated analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and organized.Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitmentStartup mindset Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
