The North America (NA) Marketing team is responsible for bringing the fresh brand to life in the NA market through strong product-focused campaigns that are based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends. The department is comprised of brand marketing, paid & earned media, and retailer relations. Brand marketing encompasses 360 campaign planning and execution, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Paid & Earned media consists of our national & retailer media campaigns, influencer relations and press/events. Retailer relations focuses on building relationships with our key retailers: overseeing key gifting moments, sampling, GWP programs, and in-store activation.

Your Impact to the role:

  • Support day-to-day project management of paid media campaigns (owning timelines, asset delivery, etc.)
  • Proactively, review campaign documentation including reporting and recommendations
  • Work with agency & Manager of Paid Media to ensure smooth campaign launches and make mid-campaign optimizations for best performance
  • Proactively develop and foster relationships within the industry, managing and updating all internal contact databases
  • Ownership of key influencer platforms such as Traackr & Octoly (i.e., managing campaigns, influencer selection, and performance tracking)
  • Assist in press and influencer mailer strategy, managing all aspects from ideation to delivery (i.e., product procurement, tracking, etc.)
  • Assist in event ideation and strategy for all PR activations (i.e., brand trips, launch events with press & influencers, etc.)

Your impact in your first year:

  • Through nurturing relationships and outreach, Coordinator will be an influencer facing key player who will represent the fresh brand
  • Compile and analyze data & trends to inform and apply for paid and earned strategies
  • Coordinator will learn all that goes into influencer marketing and how it is woven throughout the North America market & departments

Profile

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 1-3 Years of Experience Required in Paid/Earned Media
  • You possess:
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (paid/earned media)
    • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • Very organized with strong time management skills
    • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • A natural relationship-builder with the ability to work well with a strong network of peers and partners
    • Passionate and deep understanding of social media across all platforms
    • Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
    • Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
    • Strong passion for the beauty industry and influencer landscape
    • An out-of-the-box thinker with a Sky’s the Limit mentality
