Sochi Saigonese Kitchen is Hiring a Cook I Near Chicago, IL

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our great team at Sochi's kitchen, where you will feel our kitchen is a happy place to work as our goal to build the culture everyone cares and supports each other as a family. 
Skill Required:
- Ability to safely and effectivly operate food service equipments such as fryer, grill, oven, stove, slicer, blender
- Ability to understand and follow recipes of how to prep food items such as butchering, cutting and chopping, slicing, mincing, stiring, whipping, mixing ingredients, adding seasonings, verifying taste and plating meals
- Ability to cook to the specifications of kitchen manager
- Ability to perform multi tasking and cross training
- Ability to learn and use POS kitchen screen to read ticktets in order execute customer orders
- Ability to adhere food handling, sanitaion, safty procedure and maitain food safety temperature, labeling and rotating food items.
- Creating and making food inventory and reporting to kitchen manager
- Assist with receipts of delivery, checking to make sure the the delivered products are correct quantity and in good quality.
- Maintian cleanesss and sanitaion of equipments, food storage and work areas
- Complete cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules diswashing when needed
- Team work
- Self motivated and highenergy level
