Answer phones and assist customers and residents with various small requests.
Drive company vehicle and/or golf cart as needed.
Pool maintenance. Vacuum the pool and treat it with appropriate chemicals.
Water flowers and flower containers around the pool and clubhouse.
Closely monitor the pool area during the summer season and help to enforce pool rules.
Janitorial duties as needed of clubhouse and pool area; such as vacuuming, carpet shampooing, mopping, dusting, sweeping & cleaning restrooms.
All office duties assigned, organize fun events for residents at the clubhouse
Other duties as assigned.
