Ability to use Sage 300 / Sage Timberline / TimberScan For A/P, Contracts, & Job Cost Reporting.
Research & Resolve billing A/P problems.
Maintain Real Time Job Project Cost sheet including Cost to Date, Paid to Date & Vendor Balance Due.
Process Contracts, Cost Code & C/O order requests
Process All Payment Requisitions determining accuracy of subcontractor paperwork.
Vendor communication.
Review & maintain lien waivers.
Review all certificates of insurance.
