One of Arizona's top personal injury and medical malpractice law firms, looking for an upbeat, compassionate, enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working person to do the following:

• Handle new client calls (approximately 8-12 per day)
• Manage the files for those new clients
• Answer phones
• Small amounts of filing
• Update clients on case status/obtain updates from clients

You will be trained on the job, so no prior training or experience is necessary, but an associate’s degree or college education is necessary, as is the ability to be well-spoken and polite. We take interactions with clients very seriously, and you would be the first person any new client speaks with at the office. You must also be able to manage your time appropriately, as you will have many ongoing tasks at any one time.

Must be good with computers (including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook).

Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
