Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Help with customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Be flexible and reliable, able to work a variety of shifts as needed
- Be attentive to customers' needs and requests
- Be a good communicator, able to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Have good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Have a good attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Be able to multitask, handling multiple tables and tasks at once
- Have a good memory and social awareness, able to remember customer orders and preferences and be aware of customers' needs and moods
- Prior experience as a server preferred
- Must have TABC and Food Handler certifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
