Job Overview:
SNS Roofing is seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. This role involves finding customers and managing their roofing, siding, and gutter services from beginning to end. The Project Manager will be responsible for all customer relations, including project planning, execution, and follow-up, as well as ordering materials necessary for project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition:
• Identify and engage potential customers in need of roofing, siding, and gutter services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct initial consultations and provide estimates for potential projects.
• Project Management:
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Schedule and manage roofing, siding, and gutter installations and repairs.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Material Management:
• Order and manage materials required for each project.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and costs incurred.
• Customer Relations:
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to customers on project status and address any concerns they may have.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, siding, and/or gutter services is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position with an estimated earning potential of around $2000 per week, based on payment checks.
