Job Description:

MINNEAPOLIS AREA. Potential to make up to $80,000 with bonuses and commissions.SnowWolf sets the pace for innovation in the snow removal industry with a family-owned company and employee first mindset. SnowWolf has been an industry leader for over 25 years and we are growing rapidly, including moving into a new office with space to develop our business and employees even further. We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative that embodies our company values of: Listen, Create, Over-deliver, Agile, Commitment, and Teamwork. Essential Functions:

  • Makes outbound cold calls to equipment dealers to generate new dealer opportunities.
  • Makes outbound cold calls to end-users to create new sales opportunities.
  • Develops a business plan with targets.
  • Follows up inbound leads from social media and website using phone, email and text.
  • Asks qualifying questions about prospect's application.
  • Maintains and expands database through research and outbound prospecting.
  • Creates new end-user opportunities in markets with existing dealers.
  • Creates opportunities with equipment dealers in new markets.
  • Generates opportunities with new National Account/large end-users.
  • Gathers and provides market research (brand, competitors, market changes).
  • Builds awareness of the SnowWolf brand in the marketplace.
