To assist the Financial Controller in processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors. In addition, establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. Backup to Accountant and Receptionist.

Primary Duties

• Process all intercompany/3^rd party payables
• Receive invoices from vendors and create a journal entry
• Create new vendors in the system and seek controller approval
• Manage all vendors accounts
• A/P processing and inquires
• Manage all employee expense reports
• Perform weekly check run
• Reconciliation GL accounts
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
• Prepare payments to vendor through wire transfers and checks
• Creating maintenance and shipping reports weekly
• Assist in maintaining the FIN-CSA controls
• Seek alternatives and ideas for improvement in the AP process
• Oversee Rollstock Invoices that are processed by Receptionist
• Offer lead guidance to designated accounting support personnel
• Participates in month-end financial close process
• Release Customers on Hold in Amtech (Controller approval required before release)
• Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SKNA employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.
