The experienced Accounting Analyst will be responsible for performing the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting, tracking, and analysis on one project that involves 3 production sites.
• Preparing, analyzing and reporting accounting transactions and ensuring the integrity of project accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
• Providing financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget.
• Analyzing and preparing financial statements and reports.
• Conducting or assisting in the documentation of accounting projects.
• Managing/tracking all of the financials for the shutdown.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 4 years’ experience with balance sheets, PNL, and ledger reconciliation.
• 2 years’ ERP/SAP experience.
• 1 year of manufacturing industry experience.
• Advance Excel experience - Pivot table, V-lookups, etc.
• Experience with JDE highly preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ.
• Must be able to travel 25% domestically AND internationally.
