Location: St. Paul, MN 

Job Type: Contract, 12 months

Pay: $16.64/hr. – $17.00/hr.

Shift Structure:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
• 40 hours per week

Job Summary

Role will provide a high caliber of Customer Service Representative to update data in our ERP system related to customer owned capital equipment. 

Responsibilities:

• Review data spreadsheets and translating the data into predefined categories.
• Updating the master file and date into the ERP System
• Partner with others and put ideas into action
• Tracking of components sent for service loaners 
• Update internal databases to reflect customer owned product and associated warranty contracts
• Complete administrative functions to support order processing
• Able to demonstrate creativity and initiative in anticipating and solving customer problems
• Applies effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors, but will accept experience in lieu of education.
• High caliber Customer Service Professional 
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem-solving skills with consistently good voice quality. 
• Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy. 
• Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials. 
• Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe). 
• Must have proven skills in the following PC software products Lotus Notes, Excel, MS Word
