Title: Customer Service Representative
Main Objectives: Ensure excellent customer service, assist customer purchases and make product recommendations in the best interests of the customers, help customers with device issues. On down time work on cleaning and organizing the store. Make sure product is stocked accordingly to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This position will be responsible for:
All sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.
Inventory tasks such as keeping the store stocked with merchandise, assisting in the display of merchandise, or organizing the store and stock areas.

Knowledge of vaping is a plus! We expect employees to be on time, have a well-kept appearance, be ready to work hard, have a good attitude, and always be ready to learn.
*Willing to follow policies and procedures of the business.
*Solid communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
*Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
*Basic understanding of computers and typing
Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching for at least three consecutive hours.
This position starts at minimum wage. Raises will be evaluated and given based on performance. This position could be eligible for up to more opportunities and positions based off performance in the future.
