Smile.Li Dental LLC is Hiring a Receptionist/Front Office Assistant Near Fulton, MD

Hello! I am looking for an awesome team member who will be a part of an amazing new dental office opening up in Fulton, MD. I am looking for an organized, level headed individual who is wiling to be the face of the dental office and welcome our new patients and ensure they have a great experience! This person will have an incredible opportunity to be a part of a close-knit team and be able to create the best work culture!

Looking for someone who:

- MUST be comfortable talking to people on the phone

- has basic math knowledge and can quickly add up numbers and percentages

- is willing to learn new technology such as 3D printing and online practice software

- is levelheaded and calm in a fastpaced environment

-is flexible in their hours

- is committed in their role in the office and willing to be mentored

-has some experience in customer service

Most important requirement is PERSONALITY! Experience is not required, I am looking for a team member who is passionate and energetic about their work!

This will be a part-time position that will transition to fulltime once the office becomes busier. Looking to hire around end of March and beginning of April!

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient referrals as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent customer service and patient care

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist in a medical or dental office preferred but not require
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
