Requirements-

Competitive candidates will have experience in full cycle recruiting and onboarding, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Key skills include:· Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives· Determine applicant requirements by building recruiting profiles and qualifications needed· Attract applicants by placing job postings on various websites, social media and print publications· Build relationships with key sources of candidates at local colleges, VA offices, community resources etc.· Organize and conduct job fairs as needed· Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements· Communicate talent acquisition status and strategies clearly to management· Infrequent travel or weekend work may be required

Additional requirements include but are not limited to:· 3 years’ experience· Prefer recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment· Computer proficiency including with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms· Strong, effective marketing skills· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and abilities to deal effectively with employees at all levels
