Position: IT Infrastructure/ Network support

Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Requirement:

The candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network, Symantec Endpoint Protection virus protection server, systems backup, and Microsoft Intune. This role is critical to maintaining the high availability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Network Management: Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network to ensure optimal performance and security.

2. Systems Backup: Implement and manage systems backup procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.

3. Symantec Endpoint Protection Server: Manage and maintain our Symantec Endpoint Protection virus protection server, ensuring our systems are safeguarded against potential threats.

4. Microsoft Intune: Deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all devices within the Microsoft Intune environment, and Intune apps distribution of Symantec Endpoint Protection client.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in network management, including Meraki firewall, Meraki switch, Meraki Access Point, and Cisco router.

- Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection server or similar virus protection servers.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Intune apps distribution.

- Strong understanding of backup strategies and technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
