Position: Accounting Supervisor
- Reports To: Controller
- Position Level
- Status: Full-Time
- Classification: Exempt (No overtime available)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Compensation: Based on experience, knowledge, ability
- Salary Range: $87,000 - $95,000 annually
- Location: 861 S. Jason Street, Denver, CO 80223
- Workforce size: Under 75
- Travel: Limited, possible conferences, required meetings.
- Remote Work Opportunities: Yes, Hybrid (available after 6 month’s services; 3 days home/2 office
- Compile accurate comprehensive financial information such as reconciliation, reporting, analyzing financial statements, monitor trends plus more.
- Ensure adherence to internal control procedures.
- Maintain and adhere to standards of compliance as it relates to financial and government regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, train, support staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient understanding of GAAP.
- Capable leadership qualities such as ability to exercise sound judgement, high integrity, consistently dependable.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, written skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well, at all levels.
- Build firm rapport with team, including remote members.
- Ability to analyze data/reports, problem solve, create solutions, understand urgency.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong working knowledge of office tools; intermediate Excel, proficient Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
- CPA preferred.
