Job Summary:
Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, Project Manager to support the Implementation of the PLUMS system for our client for Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FL DEP). As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our environment information management solution to the FL DEP.
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver the nViro environmental information management solution to FL DEP. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure, ensuring the product and deliverable are provided on time, within scope, and budget. Your role will involve close collaboration with FL DEP to understand their environmental data management needs, customizing the nViro solution to meet those needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the project lifecycle for the nViro product implementation, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution. Work closely with FL DEP to gather and analyze requirements, and to customize the nViro solution to meet their environmental data management needs. Lead cross-functional project teams with the Technical Manager, including software developers, environmental analysts, and QA specialists, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, including risk management and mitigation strategies. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the nViro product suite is effectively integrated with clients' existing systems and data sources. Facilitate user training and support for FL DEP on the nViro product suite. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations and standards that impact the use and implementation of the nViro product suite. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
Required Qualifications:
-5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing projects in environmental data management, software -implementation, or a related field.
-Strong understanding of environmental data management processes and regulations.
-Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.
W2 is hire – Will not consider 1099
-Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Familiarity with the nViro product suite or similar environmental information management systems.
-Technical proficiency with database management, SQL, and data integration tools.
-Experience in customizing software solutions to meet client requirements.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
