Job Description:
Manage a project team comprising a Systems Analyst and an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. Key responsibilities include overseeing system development, staying updated on industry trends, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and IT leadership, project planning, risk management, quality assurance, team management, compliance, and coordination with relevant departments and external entities.

- Compliance with FL Digital Services requirements
- Updated Risk and Complexity Assessments
- Bi-Weekly Project Status Reports
- Detailed Business and Technical Requirements documentation
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Design Documents
- Data Conversion Plan
- System Security Plan
- Test Plans and User Acceptance Criteria
- Defect Management Plan
- Deployment and Implementation Plans
- Training Plan
- Updated Project Schedules and Workbook
- Issue Register, Communication Plan, Change Logs, and Decision Log
- Lessons Learned documentation
- Project Close-out Report
- Budget and Expenditures Report
- Test Summary Reports
- Operations & Maintenance Plan
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum 7 years managing large-scale IT projects
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects
