We are currently looking for a highly motivated, skilled maintenance technician to help serve our apartment community.
Required areas of knowledge:
- A/C units
- Heating units
- Washers/dryers
- Dishwashers
- Plumbing
- Water heaters
- Carpet
- Painting
- Caulking
- Electrical
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience is highly encouraged
- Attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Can work independently to complete projects
- Self-motivated
- Communication skills – can explain maintenance work to tenants and answer their questions
- Positive attitude
- Ability to be on call

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
