Looking for a lively person to work at Hotel Front Desk. 5 shifts a week including every other weekend. Shifts are 7am-3 pm or 3pm- 11pm.
Ideal position for college students as we work with school schedule and there is downtime to study.
Requirements:
1. High school education or the equivalent.
2. Must be able to clear a background check and pre-employment drug test and physical assessment.
3. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests at the front desk.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle guest relations and requests promptly and professionally.
- Utilize knowledge of hotel operations to assist guests with any questions or concerns..
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to provide a high level of hospitality service.
