We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, providing information about the hotel and its services, and responding to any inquiries or requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services available.
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
