Sleep Inn and Suites is a small business located in Pearland, TX. We are professional, agile and customer-centric. We are looking for someone to start immediately. Knowledge of Choice Hotels property system Choice Advantage or any hotel front desk experience required!

Location : Sleep Inn & Suites 1908 Country Place Parkway Pearland Texas 77584
We’re looking to fill our shifts below:
**3PM-11PM - Evening Shift- 2-3 days/wk
**11PM-7AM - Overnight shift - 4-5 days/wk
***Weekend Availability is a MUST!!****
*** POSITIONS OPEN IMMEDIATELY ***
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
You Must have great customer service skills and excellent computer skills. Each position has a two-week training period that consists of in-house and online training. The pay rate during Training is $9.00 per hour. The hourly rate after training will be determined by your customer service skills and your performance during training. You maybe asked to start training immediately after interview process at location if selected for the position.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
