Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and patients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Pay: $13.16 - $14.19 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
