- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
