We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to oversee the staff in a store environment. They are in charge of monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level, and assisting customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and training store staff
• Providing customers with detailed product information and recommendations
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store
• Arranging merchandise on shelves and displays

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a 10 -year Criminal background check to qualify for employment
• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment.
