Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher for our Commercial Service department at company. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including dispatching, customer service, invoicing and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to dispatch efficiently and effectively
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
Experience in customer service field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in HVAC industry preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,137.18 - $60,000.00 per year
