Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of cast stone production and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cast stone processes, materials, and quality control measures. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cast stone products.
Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee the day-to-day cast stone production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Develop and implement production schedules, coordinating with various teams to meet project deadlines.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and production staff.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Material Management:
Manage inventory levels of raw materials used in cast stone production.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply chain.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure the timely delivery of cast stone products for various projects.
Communicate effectively to address project specifications and requirements.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
