Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Salesman at company. The Outside Salesman will be responsible for actively prospecting and securing new business accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
The Outside Salesman will work primarily in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Area but will have the flexibility to work remotely as well. They will collaborate with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Experience in the maintenance, cleaning, or chemical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $79,994.12 - $96,337.00 per year
