Concierge/ Customer Service Professional

Skyline Sales Inc. is hiring a Concierge/ Customer Service Professional to join our winning team of motivated, customer-service driven professionals!

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Offer inviting and professional customer service to all visitors including a courteous greeting, directions, information, appointment setting, and occasional de-escalation.
• Assist in maintaining the general work area, ensuring that the department is always customer ready.
• Anticipate, analyze, and report findings regarding customer needs and potential streamlined solutions. Your input will be key as we create and adjust the characteristics of this role.
• Prioritize growing the dealership’s base by providing the full customer service experience.
• Function as a liaison between noncustomer facing positions within the dealership.
• Assist other positions within the department as necessary.
• Other departmental duties that may arise.

Applicant Requirements:

• Ability to stay calm under pressure, be adaptable, and learn quickly.
• Stellar attendance record
• 3 years prior Customer Service Experience
• Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing, not including THC.

• Computer literacy (familiarity with CDK a plus)!

• Organization skills

Helpful, but not required:

• Automotive Experience
• Bilingual

Compensation and Schedule:

• Monday- Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm
• Pay starts out at $17/hour. Pay is determined by experience. Performance related bonus may be obtainable after a probationary period.
