Job Summary:
As a Detailer/Car Washer at Skyline Ford in Salem, Oregon, you will play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards for our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry and will require you to work as a skilled laborer or contractor. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles, as well as assisting with other tasks as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for all benefits typically offered to full-time employees. 
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles according to company standards
- Vacuum, wash, wax, and polish vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Inspect and maintain vehicle fluids, tires, and other components
- Restock and organize vehicle accessories and supplies
- Assist with moving and positioning vehicles on the lot
- Communicate with other team members and management regarding vehicle status and needs
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other tasks or duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Physically able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cleaning products
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
