POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a temporary, part time Accounts Payable Specialist (AP Clerk) to join our team . Our booming network of extreme trampoline parks (Sky Zone, DEFY, Rockin' Jump) serves up adrenaline-filled, shareable experiences that challenge action seekers with the massive thrills of aerial sports. We are the biggest developer and operator of extreme recreation parks in the world!

The Accounts Payable Specialist (AP Clerk) will be sharp and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment. Being self-motivated and a team player is a must. The A/P clerk is responsible for processing payment runs, direct processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and daily data entry into NetSuite. In addition, the position is responsible for heavy communication with vendors, purchasing staff, and park managers. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices using AvidXchange & NetSuite (PO and Non-PO) and the 3-way match process.
• Resolve invoice issues.
• Complete Purchase Order (PO) research.
• Coordinate with park managers on unpaid invoices.
• Process weekly check runs
• Process employee expense reports.
• Vendor Statement Reconciliations.
• Handle vendor inquires and disputes.
• Assist with month-end unrecorded liability accrual.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Finance or Accounting experience ideal, experience not required.
• Experience with NetSuite and AvidXchange ideal.
• An understanding of purchasing, receiving, and 3-way match process considered a bonus.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong work ethic, extremely organized, detail-oriented and a quick learner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability or experience processing a high volume of transactions in a multi-unit environment.
• Self-starter able to work independently and meet deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while looking at a computer screen.

Compensation: $18-20/hour
