• 2-3 years of Retail Experience
• 1-2 years of Management Experience
• Ability to effectively manage a large team and work independently
• Proficiency in cash control procedures
• Flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during peak sales seasons
• Strong ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast paced high energy environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Capability to walk, stand and/or lift 25-45 lbs for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Successful completion of credit and criminal background checks

• Demonstrate outstanding leadership by providing support in sales and
• customer service initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training, and developing staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance business growth and retention.
• Uphold superior operational standards in store merchandising, cleanliness, and overall appearance of both interior and exterior areas.
• Oversee incoming freight, including unloading delivery trucks, and
• manage warehouse inventory effectively.
• Conduct customer checkouts and accurately record daily sales figures.
• Support and enforce adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management as needed.

• Hourly position paying - $17.00 - $19.00 per hour - expected annual salary with average annual overtime ($40,000- $45,000)
