Our Assistant Store Managers will assist and learn all operational procedures and management functions required to operate the store.

Compensation :

• Hourly rate hiring $13.00 / hr with 150 to 250 hours of anticipated overtime annually

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training and development of seasonal staff
• Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service
• Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
• Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.
• Aid in the oversight of the inventory management process, product inventory tracking, warehouse inventory, creation and execution of inventory orders
• Record data into a comprehensive database logging sales, inventory and other pertinent business information
• Support and enforce all company policies procedures
• Process sales transactions
• All other duties assigned by management

Qualifications / Requirements :

• 1-2 years of management and / or supervisory level experience preferred
• Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)
• Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December
• Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time
