Area Customer Service Coordinator
Must have a valid Driver License. There are a couple of locations that are on Long Island and may have to go to. BUT most are in the city and will use public transportation.
The ideal candidate will drive to outlying locations and obtain mileage, otherwise in the city no mileage or parking, use public transportation.
Most locations are in midtown/downtown area in NYC.
If there is a candidate who has a car and lives within a reasonable distance to Melville, LI, it’s a plus. We have couple of locations there.***
. Temp will be working at multiple customer locations with and without supervision. Training will be provided.
Duties include:
o Mailroom tasks, shipping/receiving, processing incoming and outgoing mail according to site specifications
o Reception and hospitality tasks: answering and forwarding calls, scheduling conference rooms through Outlook, communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person, greeting visitors, assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, conference room set up/take down, other office-related tasks.
o Scanning and printing: scanning and printing small requests
There is no extensive lifting, walking or standing. Ricoh standard of 50# lift. No more than 50. Lifting will be occasional, when shipping/receiving packages.
Reliable self-starter
o Capable of working without supervision
o Willing to learn
o Positive attitude
o Mailroom/reception/print production experience preferred
o Microsoft 365 apps proficiency preferred
