- Draft, edit, review, negotiate, and finalize contract documents for Multivac Inc. customer and supply base, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements, sales order terms and conditions, local and global agreements, and supplier applications
- Proactively handle a broad range of related transactional and legal matters
- Ensure compliance with local and global contract risk management criteria (e.g. policies, procedures, etc.)
- Manage contract request process and ensure timely filing of executed agreements
- Monitor and track status of contract-related legal matters
- Meet with legal counsel regularly to ensure visibility of all active contract legal matters
- Gather, organize, summarize, index, and maintain contract documents from various sources
- Manage and maintain the organization’s contract management software and reporting requirements
- Maintain organization’s legal files including a library of pre-approved form documents, contract clauses, templates, and historical documents
- Provide support for litigation and regulatory-related matters as needed
- Perform contract-related legal research
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and five years related experience in commercial contract management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
