Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services
- Proficiency in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management practices and procedures
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to perform night audit responsibilities if required
- A passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service
