Skillset is seeking compassionate and dependable support staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to access their community for a variety of purposes, including socialization and leisure, recreation, preparing and searching for employment, on-the-job coaching, and practicing skills of daily living to increase independence. Some supports may also be provided in individuals' homes to help them acquire and perform basic household responsibilities. Reliable transportation is required as this job involves transporting individuals into their community. Other job requirements include a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, computer/internet access, CPR/1st Aid Certification, background check, and drug test. Training will be provided. This position has the potential for full time hours. Full time staff are eligible for benefits, including health coverage, paid time off, and holiday pay after waiting period is satisfied.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
