About the Role
The Project Manager will report to the Director, Development. Development projects include, but are not limited to, new buildings, in-line renovations and stand-alone renovations. This individual plays a key role in the planning and execution of real estate development projects beginning with the overlapping efforts of the Real Estate and Development teams on Pre-development feasibility analysis through project execution, closeout and transition to Asset and Property Management.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects which include the project scope, schedule, and budget once the contractual relationship begins with a client. Development projects contain two major phases, preconstruction, and construction.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the following project deliverables:
Project Manager will focus on developing financially and operationally viable projects. Once completed, transition the project to the client, readied for sale, or placed within the portfolio of Skilken Gold properties. This individual must have the ability to plan as well as provide-day-to-day management for execution of assigned projects.
Coordinate the efforts of internal teams and internal/external service providers for assigned projects. This individual will ensure that projects are fully detailed. Understand and mitigate all contingencies and risks. Ensure project execution and client satisfaction. This role will be required to manage various type of scopes of services offerings to our client. Including but not limited to build to suite and fee for service.
